14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your Fitly scale. If you're not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You can inform us of your decision by emailing before the 14-day period ends.
How to start a return
- Email with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, undamaged and complete. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional days to appear.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.
Pre-orders
Fitly is sold on a pre-order basis and ships in approximately 6–8 weeks. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once shipped, the 14-day return terms above apply.
Faulty or damaged items
If your Fitly arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Premium app subscription
The Fitly app's Premium subscription is billed and managed through the Apple App Store. Refunds for App Store subscription charges are handled by Apple under their refund policy. If you return your scale within the return window, contact us and we'll advise on the status of any Premium redemption code that was issued with your order.
