This Shipping Policy applies to orders from Fitly, operated by Lendoo OÜ (Juhkentali tn 8-5, 10132 Tallinn, Estonia). Questions? Email fitlysupport@gmail.com.

Pre-order & processing times

Fitly is currently available on a pre-order basis. Orders ship in approximately 6–8 weeks from the order date. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown before you complete payment.

Destinations

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your country is not shown, we may not currently ship there — contact fitlysupport@gmail.com to ask.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

For deliveries outside Estonia/the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers, customs, and other factors outside our control may cause delays. We'll do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact fitlysupport@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we'll make it right.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly; additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
